Common questions
What does Flow Solutions do?
We are an AI consultancy. We help startups and scale-ups work out where AI is worth the investment, then build and ship it with their team.
That can mean scoping a roadmap, prototyping against real data, integrating a model into an existing product, or taking an idea from pitch to production.
Most engagements start with scoping, because that is where projects usually go wrong.
Do you only advise, or do you build as well?
Both. We think advice you cannot execute is worth very little, so we stay through delivery.
Some clients bring us in only for strategy and scoping. Others want us building alongside their engineers and handing over once it is running.
We will tell you up front which of those your problem actually needs.
What does an engagement look like?
We start by agreeing what success means and what it is worth to you.
From there we move through scoping, prototyping, delivery, and handover, adjusting as we learn what the data and the product will support.
The outcome might be a shipped feature, a validated decision, or clear evidence that a direction is not worth pursuing.
How do we start working with Flow?
Bring us a business problem, a product you want to extend, or a decision you are stuck on.
A clear objective helps, but a finished specification is not required. We can help define the scope and identify what should be tested first.
If we are not the right fit, we will say so early rather than take the work.
